辽宁老工业基地人口结构缘何失衡

摘　　要：辽宁人口负增长并不是突发的人口现象,而是长期累积演变的结果。辽宁人口自然增长率长期全国最低,0至14岁儿童比例为直辖市以外最低,各年龄组人口规模间差异较大,老龄人口比例全国最高。辽宁人口结构失衡的原因主要有社会结构性的和辽宁机械增长乏力。对于如何改善辽宁人口结构失衡现状,主要有四点:通过提高家庭和育儿福利,提高生产率;调整产业结构;拓展就业空间;创造新的就业增长点;创造良好的投资环境。Through the study on the age structure and characteristics of the population of Liaoning,discusses the social and historical roots of weak natural growth of the population in Liaoning;research on changes of occupational structure in Liaoning,reveals the internal motivation of weaker population mechanical growth of Liaoning,and the development of higher education,,the fundamental change of educational structure of educated,In the white-collar employment demand continues to increase,white-collar occupation growth is weak interaction,it is a direct consequence that highly educated young outflow,as another push hand,the average wage in the national ranking continues to decline of Liaoning,so the weaker of population natural growth and machinery growth,Liaoning society is facing more serious challenges.
