辽宁非遗传承人的保护现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：在文化厅非遗保护中心及各市县文化部门的大力推动下,辽宁省的非遗传承人保护工作在音像资料采录、艺术作品出版等方面取得了一定的成绩。但依然存在对传承人的排查、认定不完善,对传承人的价值认知有限,培养中的"同质性"化倾向及学术研究意识不强等问题。为了解决这些问题,在未来的工作中可以增设非遗传承人名录,对传承人的文化盛载进行整体记录和保护,建立传承人技艺讲堂,加强传承人价值及作品的学术研究,使传承人的保护工作更为扎实有效地推进。In cultural heritage protection center and various cities and counties under the push of the department of culture,Liaoning province,the protection work of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in audio and video data edition,published works of art made some achievements.However,there are still some problems such as the investigation of the inheritors,the imperfection of the identification,the limited value cognition of the inheritors,the ＂homogeneity＂ tendency of cultivation and the lack of consciousness of academic research.In order to solve these problems,in the future work could add the inheritor＇s directory,of spreading the culture of people filled the whole record and protection,establish inheritor＇s skills workshop,strengthen heritage value and academic research,promote the protection of the work.
