新型β型Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金的抗腐蚀磨损氧化层制备及其性能研究

摘  要:为了解决在临床上钛及钛合金存在与人体骨骼、牙齿弹性模量不匹配和不耐磨等问题,开发低弹性模量耐磨耐腐蚀的生物医用合金,将新型β型Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金在550℃下进行热氧化处理15、30、45、60 min。通过SEM图片观察合金氧化层形貌,结果发现,Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金在550℃下热氧化处理30 min后其合金表面原位生长出一层厚度为8.1μm高表面光洁度的氧化层,热氧化之后Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金的表面硬度从267HV上升到934 HV。对热氧化前后的Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金在人工唾液中进行电化学腐蚀试验,结果显示,热氧化处理后Zr-20N-7Ti合金的腐蚀电位从-0.489 39V上升到-0.271 21 V,腐蚀电流从0.731 04μA/cm2下降到0.054 15μA/cm2,腐蚀速率从0.813 18μm/a下降到0.059 87μm/a。在人工唾液中,采用销盘摩擦磨损试验机对热氧化前后的Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金进行磨损性能测试,结果发现,热氧化后的Zr-20Nb-7Ti的摩擦系数从0.60下降到0.23,磨损失重从26.39 mg下降到0.31 mg。实验结果表明,在550℃下对Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金进行热氧化处理30 min得到的氧化层改善了材料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,热氧化后Zr-20Nb-7Ti合金符合生物医用合金的使用要求。In clinical, the wear resistance of Ti and its alloys is poor and the elastic modulus of them don't match the bones and teeth of human body. In order to research and develop materials with low elasticity modulus, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance for biomedical applications, the β-type Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloys were oxidized at 550 ℃ for 5 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, respectively. The SEM images show that smooth compact oxidized layer with 8. 1 μm thickness can be in-situ formed on the surface of the Zr-20Nb-7Ti by thermal oxidation at 500 ℃ for 30 min. The hardness of the Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy increase from 267 HV to 934 HV after thermal oxidation. The electrochemical corrosion test in artificial saliva showed that the corrosion potential of Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy increased from-0.489 39 V to -0.271 21 V, corrosion current of Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy increased from 0. 731 04 μA/cm2 to 0. 054 152 μA/cm2 and corrosion rate of Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy increased from 0. 813 18 μm/a to 0. 059 872 μm/aafter thermal oxidation. The wear test performed on pin-on-disk wear tester in artificial saliva indicated that the COF of the Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy decreased from 0. 60 to 0. 23 and wear loss of the Zr-20Nb-7Ti decreased from 26.39 mg to 0. 31 mg after thermal oxidation. The results show that oxidized layer on Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy made through thermal oxidation at 500 ℃ for 30 min improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy, and the oxidized Zr-20Nb-7Ti alloy meets the requirements of the biomedical materials.
