摘  要:为研究10-羟基癸酸(HDA)的加入量对聚酯的结晶结构和等温结晶动力学的影响,以丁二酸、1,4-丁二醇、10-羟基癸酸(HDA)为单体,通过酯化—缩聚的方法,合成了一系列不同组成的聚(丁二酸丁二醇酯-co-10-羟基癸酸)(PBHs)共聚物,测试了随着HDA加入量的增加,结晶结构、平衡熔点以及结晶速率的变化,结晶速率随结晶温度的变化,以及聚酯共聚物的球晶形态。结果表明:PBHs和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)有着相同的结晶结构,然而结晶度和平衡熔点随着HDA含量的增加而降低。Avrami方程分析表明,随着HDA含量的增加和结晶温度的升高,共聚物的结晶速率降低。并且利用热台偏光显微镜观察PBH等温结晶时出现了环带球晶现象,随着结晶温度的升高,规整性变差,环带间距增大。The influence of the content of 10-hydroxydecanoic acid (HDA) on the crystal structure and isothermal crystallization kinetics of polyester was studied in this paper. A series of poly (butylene succinate-col0-hydroxy decanoate)PBHs copolymers were synthesized with succinic acid, I, 4 -butanediol and 10-hydroxydecanoic acid (HDA) by the method of esterification and polycondensation. The variations of crystalline structure, equilibrium melting point and crystallization rate with the increasing content of HDA, the change of crystallization rate with the increase of crystallization temperature, and the spherulite formation of copolymer were tested. The results showed that PBHs and neat PBS had the same crystalline structure, however, crystallinity and equilibrium melting temperature decreased with the increase of content of HDA. Avrami equation analysis showed that with the increase of content of HDA and the increase of crystallization temperature,crystallization rate of copolymer reduced. And the ring-banded spherulite phenomenon was observed in the isothermal crystallization process of PBH with the hot stage polarized microscopy. With the increase of crystallization temperature, the regularity decreased and the spacebetween rings became broad.
