摘  要:为进一步研究重金属对草本中药的毒害作用,探讨在Cd污染下野花麦可溶性总糖、总黄酮以及抗氧化活性的变化情况。在模拟Cd污染的环境下采用盆栽种植野花麦,经过一定时期生长后分别测定其可溶性总糖含量以总黄酮含量以及抗氧化活性,并进行统计分析。结果表明,随着Cd处理浓度及污染时间的增加,野花麦体内Cd的积累量不断增大,相应地,野花麦的各项生理生化指标也随之发生改变。其中,叶片的可溶性总糖含量、总黄酮含量、抗氧化活性均呈现先升高后降低的趋势;茎部的总黄酮含量、抗氧化活性也呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,而茎部可溶性总糖含量则表现出一直下降的趋势;根部的可溶性总糖含量表现出先升高后下降的趋势,总黄酮含量以及抗氧化活性呈现出一直下降的趋势。说明野花麦体内Cd的积累会破坏或抑制可溶性总糖和总黄酮的合成,从而损害抗氧化酶系统,表现出毒害作用。To provide scientific data for the investigation of heavy metal toxicity on Chinese herbal medicine, the effects of Cd contamination on the physiological and biochemical features of Houttuynia cordata Thunbwere studied. The experiments were carried out in the simulated environment of Cd polution. Houttuynia cordata Thunbwas planted in pots, after a certain period of growth, the total soluble sugar, total flavonoids and antioxidation activity of the plant were measured, and the obtained data was analyzed by a statistical method. The results showed that, with the increase of Cd concentration in irrigation solution and contamination time, Cd content in Houttuynia cordata Thunb increased, and then the physiological and biochemical features of the plant were varied. Among them, the total soluble sugar, total flavonoids and antioxidant activity of the leaf showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. In the stem,the total flavonoids and antioxidant activity also exhibited a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, while the total soluble sugar demonstrated a trend of decline. In the root, the soluble total sugar was also increased first and then decreased, while the total flavonoids and antioxidant activity showed a downward trend. These data indicated that Cd accumulated in Houttuynia cordata Thunb would destroy or inhibit the synthesis of soluble total sugar and total flavonoids, and then damage the antioxidant enzyme system, showing toxic effects.
