摘 要:针对炼油酸性水处理系统在运行过程中存在酸性气负荷大、管线伴热不足、净化水COD高等问题,从工艺、设备等方面分析原因,提出了增加过滤网、加强各环节酸性水脱油等改进措施。通过操作优化和工艺改进,降低了净化水COD。净化水用于烟气脱硫装置,大大减少了新鲜水用量,每月可减少3 464吨。尾气阻火器前增加过滤网使焚烧炉燃烧器运行周期由1~2个月增加到4个月以上。Aiming at the issues in the operation of refinery acidic water treatment system such as large acid gas load, insufficient heat tracing, higher COD value in treated water, this paper tries to figure out the reasons from aspects of technology and equipment, and come up with measures of adding filtering net, enhancing oil removal from all acidic waters, and etc. Through the operation optimization and process improvement, the COD value in treated water has been reduced. The treated water is used for flue gas desulfurization, which greatly reduces the amount of fresh water use, by 3.5k tons/month. The filtering net added before flue gas flame attester can prolong incinerator burner's run length from 1-2 months to more than 4 months.
