摘  要:乙烯装置传统开工方式通常采用有乙烯倒开车方案。乙烯装置传统开工过程时间长,而且通常会产生大量的不合格产品,消耗大量的能源,难于回收的不合格产品通过火炬燃烧会产生大量CO_2、CO、NO_x、VOCs,严重污染环境。采用天然气开工即在传统开工方案氮气运行至干燥合格后,在裂解气压缩机入口引入天然气,对前冷和脱甲烷塔系统进行预冷和置换,预冷至一定温度后裂解炉投料,缩短氢气合格时间,从而缩短加氢反应器配氢合格时间。中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司乙烯装置2016年首次实现天然气开工,从裂解炉投料到乙烯产品合格仅耗时10小时56分,创乙烯装置最快开工记录,为同类装置天然气开工积累了经验。The startup of ethylene plant usually adopts backward procedure, which not only takes long time and consumes too much energy, but also produces large numbers of off-spec and unrecyclable products to be flared and emit pollutant CO2, CO, NOx and VOCs. In startup with natural gas, after the nitrogen and drying operation is up to specification in traditional startup, natural gas is directed to cracking gas compressor to purge and precool the cold box and demethanizer to the set temperature, and then the feedstock is fed to the cracker, so as to shorten the time matching hydrogen for hydrogenation reactor. The refined startup with natural gas has been adopted successfully for the first time in Sinopec Guangzhou Company in 2016. It takes only 10 hours and 56 minutes to produce qualified ethylene products from feeding feedstock to cracking furnace, breaking the records for fastest ethylene plant startup, and accumulating experiences in startup with natural gas for similar ethylene plants.
