摘  要:换流阀阀塔冷却系统配水均匀性是换流阀乃至大电网是否能安全稳定运行的重要影响因素之一。基于某型号换流阀阀塔结构,采用三维仿真计算及试验测试结合的方法,对其冷却系统各支路流量分配情况进行了分析,结果表明:不同进口总流量下,流量分布规律较一致;在设计流量下,各支路流量偏差率及不均匀度可分别控制在5%和3%以内,满足工程使用基本需求;同时,通过对仿真与试验结果进行对比分析,证明了仿真计算方法的准确性,为换流阀等大型水冷式电力一次设备的冷却系统配水问题提供了一种设计验证方法。The uniformity of the water distribution system is one of the important factors influencing the safety and stability of the converter valve and the large power grid.Based on the structure of a certain type of converter valve, the flow distribution of each branch of the cooling system is analyzed by means of three-dimensional simulation calcu- lation and experiment.The results show that at different total flow of imports, the trend of the flow distribution is basi- cally the same under the different total inlet flow.In the design flow,the flow deviation rate and unevenness of each branch can be controlled within 5% and 3% respectively,to meet the basic needs of the project to use.The accuracy of the numerical simulation method through the comparison between simulation and results is proved, and a verifica- tion method for the water distribution design of the large water-cooled electrical equipment is provided.
