摘  要:目的研究鸡冠花提取物的抗炎作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性实验来研究鸡冠花正丁醇提取物的抗炎作用。结果二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验结果表明,与模型组相比,鸡冠花正丁醇提取物高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组对小鼠耳肿胀均有显著抑制作用;醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性实验结果表明,与模型组相比,鸡冠花正丁醇提取物高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组均能显著降低小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性。结论鸡冠花正丁醇提取物具有显著的抗炎作用。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of extract of cockcomb flower. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect of n-butanol extract of cockcomb flower were studied by xylene-induced rat ear swelling test and acetic acid-induced capillary permeability test in rats. Results The results of xylene-induced ear edema in rats showed that the high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose groups of n-butanol extract inhibited the ear edema of rats significantly compared with the model group; The results of capillary permeability test showed that the high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose groups of n-butanol extract could decrease the capillary permeability of rats significantly compared with the model group. Conclusion The n-butanol extract of cockcomb flower has significant anti-inflammatory effect.
