摘　　要：沈洪教授运用中医药治疗慢性便秘取得了较好的临床疗效。临证时针对不同的人群辨证论治,善于调理气机,衷中参西,尽量避免中药在治疗慢性便秘过程中的毒副作用,强调中病即止。沈师用药精炼,化裁古今,为辨证论治慢性便秘提供了新的思路和依据。Professor SHEN Hong used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic constipation has achieved good clinical efficacy. Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of different patients are good at regulating activities of qi, integrating Chinese and western medicine. Besides, Professor SHEN tries to avoid side-effects when using Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic constipation. He makes good use of classical and modern prescription and choosing essences of them. He offers a new way and basis to the treatment of chronic constipation. It is worth being promoted.
