摘　　要：目的对高龄患者在超声引导下行股神经阻滞护理干预以及麻醉配合的状况进行分析。方法选取我院在2015年2月-2016年6月所收治的在超声引导下行股神经阻滞手术的40例为研究对象,随机分为2组,每组各20例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理干预,对2组麻醉配合程度以及对护理的满意程度进行对比。结果研究组麻醉的准备平均时间低于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意率90%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论在对高龄患者进行超声引导下行股神经阻滞时,综合护理干预能够提高患者的麻醉配合度及满意度,保证治疗顺利进行。Objective To analyze the condition of the anesthesia cooperation and nursing intervention of elderly patients with femoral nerve block guided by ultrasonic. Methods Select 40 patients who were treated with femoral nerve block surgery during February 2015 to June 2016 as research objects, the 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group and study group. The control group was treated with routine treatment while the study group was treated with modular nursing. Compare the degree of anesthesia cooperation and satisfaction. Results The average time for anesthesia of patients in the study group was less than the control group （P〈0.05） And its nursing satisfaction rate was 90% higher than 70% of control group. Conclusion Ultrasonic guidance with modular nursing can enhance the adaptability and satisfaction of elderly patients and help the surgery perform smoothly.
