含碘手术薄膜预防腰椎间盘切除术切口细菌感染

摘　　要：目的研究含碘抗菌手术薄膜和普通手术薄膜对腰椎间盘切除手术切口的感染和愈合情况。方法研究选择2014年5月-2016年1月期间在我院进行腰椎间盘切除手术患者100例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组在手术开始前手术切口粘贴含碘抗菌手术薄膜,对照组在手术开始前手术切口粘贴普通手术薄膜。2组手术切口术后取样做细菌培养。结果观察组有1例感染,感染率为2.0%。对照组有7例感染,感染率为14.0%。观察组手术患者细菌感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在伤口愈合程度方面,观察组手术患者明显优于对照组手术患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含碘抗菌手术薄膜对腰椎间盘切除手术切口具有预防细菌感染,提高伤口愈合程度的作用。Objective To compare the effect of preventing surgical site infection of lumbar intervertebral disc surgery by iodine operation film. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc resection in our hospital from May 2014 to 2016 in January were selected and randomly divided into observation group （n=50） and control group （n =50）. The iodine operation film was used in the observation group, and common film was used in the control group. The two groups were treated with germiculture. Results There was 1 case of infection in the observation group, the infection rate was 2.0%. 7 cases of infection in the control group, the infection rate was 14.0%. The infection rate of the patients in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The wound healing of patients in the control group was significantly better than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The 3M iodine operation film can prevent surgical site infection of lumbar intervertebral disc surgery, and improve wound healing.
