摘　　要：通过合理选择原料混合工艺以及工艺参数,针对出现的问题采取必要的技术措施,纺制出18 tex丝光羊毛/抗静电抗起球腈纶/粘胶(60/25/15)多组分半精纺赛络纺花式纱线,其强力、条干、毛羽等指标都达到了较好水平。可作为针织纱和机织纬纱,制作T恤、内衣、高档服装面料等,符合当今人类回归自然、崇尚天然的环保意识,具有良好的经济效益和市场前景。The mercerized wool/antistatic acrylic/viscose multicomponent semi worsted Sirospun yarns were developed and production process were discussed. By reasonable selection of raw material blending process,each process of reasonable selection of process parameters,and according to the problems in production,the necessary technical measures were worked out18 tex mercerized wool/antistatic anti pilling acrylic/viscose（ 60/25/15） multicomponent semi worsted Sirospun fancy yarn was spun. Its strength,evenness,hairiness index reached a good level. It can be used as weft knitting yarn and woven weft yarn to produce T-shirts,underwear,high-end fabric. According to the regression of human nature,advocating the natural environmental protection consciousness,it has economic effect and good market prospects.
