泄泻中医证型及证候分布规律研究

摘　　要：目的通过文献回顾研究泄泻的中医证型及其证候分布规律。方法采用计算机检索2007年1月至2017年5月中文数据库中有关泄泻的中医药研究相关文献,建立EXCEL数据库,进行统计分析。结果检索出合格泄泻证型类文献54篇,8654例病例,17种中医证型,常见4个证型肝郁脾虚、脾胃虚弱、湿热蕴结、脾肾阳虚共占达总样本量70%,其余13个证型共占总样本量30%。检索满足要求的泄泻证候类文献70篇,11156例病例,52个证候变量,主症是以便稀、次数增多、色淡和臭不甚为主;次症的文章比例>60%的仅有腹痛和神疲倦怠;舌脉分布以舌淡(或淡白)、苔白(或薄白)、脉弦滑为多,小儿主要是指纹红。结论研究泄泻的中医分型及证候特点在现代文献中的分布规律,可为泄泻的临床诊断、防治提供有益的参考价值。Objective： To study the TCM syndromes and syndromes distribution of diarrhea by literature review.Methods： The literature of Chinese medicine research on diarrhea in Chinese database from January 2007 to May2017 were searched by computer. The EXCEL database was established and analyzed statistically. Results： 54 cases of qualified diarrhea syndrome were retrieved;8654 cases were found;17 kinds of TCM syndromes were found. There were 4 common types of syndromes： liver and spleen deficiency type,spleen and stomach type,damp-heat type,spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,accounting for 70% of the total samples,the remaining 13 syndromes accounting for 30%. 70 cases of diarrhea syndrome were found to be retrieved;11156 cases and 52 variable syndromes were found. The main symptoms were loose stools,increased frequency,light color and odor;the proportion of articles about minor symptoms was more than 60%,only abdominal pain and lassitude;the distribution of tongue and vein was mostly pale tongue（or light white）,white fur（or thin white）,and wiry and rolling pulse,and children had red fingerprint. Conclusion： The study of the distribution law of diarrhea in Chinese medicine and syndromes in the modern literature provide a useful reference for the clinical diagnosis and prevention of diarrhea.
