中医整体护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中医整体护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者中应用的效果,为中医整体护理急性缺血性脑卒中提供循证医学证据。方法将患者100例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上加用中医整体护理。比较两组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、住院时间、住院费用、并发症、生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)、日常生活能力(BI)评分、护患满意度。结果观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),住院时间、人均住院费用均较对照组降低(P<0.05),生活自理能力、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),护患满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医整体护理可以促进急性缺血性脑卒中患者的康复,提高护理质量。Objective： To investigate the application effect of the holistic nursing care following TCM theory in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,and to provide evidence-based medical evidence. Methods：A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group（n = 50） and the observation group（n = 50）. The routine nursing care was used in the control group and holistic nursing care following TCM theory was applied in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing care. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） scoring,hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,complication,quality of life（WHOQOL-100）,daily living ability score（BI）,and nurse satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results：The NIHSS score,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,but the self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction rate were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The the holistic nursing care following TCM theory can promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of nursing on patients with acute ischemic stroke.
