高强度间歇性运动对人体上半身功率输出的影响研究

摘  要:目的:检测高强度间歇性5×6s Sprint测试对人体上半身的刺激表现和期间身体各部位完成的量与总体运动量的差异情况分析。研究对象和方法:选取了15名体育专业的男生作为实验对象。实验中,通过利用在改进后的电磁制动脚踏车测力计上完成了上半身5×6s Sprint测试实验。研究结果:(1)在绝对和相对瘦体重(LBM)及上半身瘦体重(UBLBM)之间,它们的无氧峰值功率(PP)和平均无氧功率(MP)差异性显著(P<0.05)。(2)在测试中,总体的动力递减率(即疲劳指数百分比)为11.4%。(3)通过多元线性回归分析得出,上半身瘦体重(UBLBM)在测试中占总工作量的87%。通过以上对上半身的高强度间歇运动研究结果的描述性分析表明,上半身在5×6s Sprint测试中,其PP和MP输出显著下降。Objective: To detect the effects of high intensity intermittent 5x6 sprint test on the body's upper body stimulation and the difference .of the total amount of physical activity. Research object and method: 15 students majoring in physical education were selected as subjects. In the experiment, the upper body 5×6 Sprint test was completed by using the improved electromagnetic braking bicycle dynamometer. The results were as follows: ( 1 ) between absolute and relative lean weight ( LBM ) and upper body lean weight ( UBLBM ) , their oxygen - free peak power (PP) and average anaerobic power (MP) were significantly different ( p. 05 ) . (2) in the test, the overall power decline rate (that is, the fatigue index percentage) is 11.4%. (3) through multivariate linear regression a- nalysis, the upper body lean weight (UBLBM) accounted for 87% of the total workload in the test. Through the descriptive analysis of the results of high strength intermittent exercise above the upper body, the output of PP and MP decreased significantly in the 5x6 sprint test.
