摘　　要：目的对中南大学实验动物屏障设施的初期运行管理进行总结。方法在实践的基础上,制订了一系列的管理措施,分别对屏障设施运行中人员、动物和物品的管理、规章制度的完善和设施的消毒净化进行了修改完善。结果通过严格执行各项管理措施,保证了实验动物的质量,建立科学、优质、高效的实验动物服务平台,更好的服务于本校的教学科研。结论只有通过严格的管理,才能保证实验动物屏障设施的正常运行。Objective To summarize the initial operation and management of the laboratory animal barrier hous-ing facilities at Central South University. Methods Based on practice, a series of measures have been worked out to im-prove the management of personnel, animals and items, implement of rules and regulations,and disinfection and purifica-tion of the facilities during the operation of barrier system. Results Through strictly carrying out the management meas-ures, we have ensured the quality of laboratory animals and have established a scientific, high-quality and efficient service platform of laboratory animals to serve the teaching and research at Central South University. Conclusions Only through strict management, we can ensure the normal operation of the laboratory animal barrier housing facilities.
