摘　　要：振动是旋转机械设备主要的控制指标，振动直接和故障相关。本文阐述了机械振动的基本概念和通过振动对故障进行诊断分析的具体方法。Vibration is a major performance index of rotating mechanical equipment. Vibration intensity is directly related to the faults. Describe the basic concept of mechanical vibration and introduce the diagnostic methods of faults through the vibration analysis.
