摘  要:为满足硫精矿市场销售需求,红透山选矿厂将硫精矿生产品位由35%提高到42%,硫精矿品位提高后硫回收率有所降低。通过对红透山选矿厂选硫流程的考查分析,认为浮选时间减少是使回收率降低的主要原因,并提出的流程优化方案进行改造,将粗选的6台8m^3浮选机改为6台10m^3浮选机,二次扫选的4台10m^3浮选机增加为6台10m^3浮选机,改造后经一年的生产实践,硫回收率提高8.51个百分点,年创效益521余万元。The grade of sulfur concentrate of Hongtoushan mineral processing plant has been increased from35% to 42%,but the recovery rate of sulfur reduced.Through the analysis of the separation process of sulfur ore of this plant,we know that the decrease of flotation time is the main reason.The optimization process was put forward.Through transforming,the volume of the 6 flotation machines for roughing is expanded from 8m^3 to 10m^3,and the numbers of the flotation machines of 10m^3 for second recleaning are added from 4 to 6.After renovation,the sulfur recovery rate increased by 8.51% in production practice for one year,and the annual income reached to 5.21 million yuan.
