翻转课堂教学模式下中级财务会计教学成效分析及思考

摘　　要：翻转课堂以其创新的教学模式受到了国内外学校、教师和学生的欢迎与实践。文章基于中级财务会计课程,以翻转课堂试验班的教学改革数据为样本,从单元测试成绩、问卷调查、期末成绩等维度对翻转课堂教学成效进行实证分析,结果表明翻转课堂的教学成效明显好于传统课堂教学。并在此基础上,就翻转课堂教学改革实践中存在的问题提出了针对性的解决措施。Flipped classroom, an innovative teaching mode, is welcomed by teachers and students in domestic and foreign schools. Based on intermediate f＇mancial accounting course, with data from the test classes as samples, the paper makes a com- parative and empirical analysis of the classroom teaching effects from dimensions of unit test scores, questionnaires and final test results, etc. The results show that teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom is significantly better than traditional classroom. Furthermore, the paper put forward some countermeasures for the existing problems in flipped classroom teaching reform practice.
