摘　　要：壮医针刺疗法是壮医临床的一种特色疗法,历史悠久,自古以师徒授受方式传承,经长期发掘整理,壮医针刺疗法基础理论、穴位应用等逐渐完善、规范,并自成一体,其中以其环穴较为特色。环穴与中医传统穴位大相径庭,有其独特的特点。就壮医环穴的定义、分布、命名方法及其取穴方法、临床应用原则进行初步介绍,以为进一步推广应用壮医针刺疗法提供参考。Zbuang acupuncture therapy, which has a long history, is a unique clinical therapy of Zhuang medicine. This therapy has been passing on by teachers who impart the knowledge to their disciples directly. After a long search and systemize of the findings, the basic theory and acupuncture points application have become more complete and specific, and formed a unique system. Among those findings ring pointsare one of the features of Zhuang acupuncture therapy. Ring points, which are totally different from TCM acupuncture points, have their own specialities. This article briefly introduces the definition, distribution, nomenclature, localization and application principles to promote Zhuang acupuncture therapy better.
