耳穴埋针治疗乳腺癌化疗引起恶心呕吐临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴埋针治疗乳腺癌化疗引起恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将120例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组患者化疗前1天予表柔比星+环磷酰胺静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上予耳穴埋针,比较两组患者化疗后恶心呕吐改善情况。结果:观察组患者恶心呕吐发生率为70.0%,低于对照组的86.7%,且恶心呕吐严重程度也低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者恶心呕吐控制率为81.7%,高于对照组的48.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋针能有效改善乳腺癌术后化疗引起的恶心呕吐,促进患者康复。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of auricular acupressure as a therapy for chemotherapy-indured nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients. Methods：According to the diagnostic criteria, 120 patients of breast cancer patients who is accepting chemotherapy were randomly divided into observing group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was instructed to give a ＂table soft star＋cyclophosphamide＂ intravenous drip on the first day of chemotherapy, the observing group on the basis of the control group and also combination of auricular acupressure as a therapy, and at last to compare the improving situation of nausea and vomiting indured by chemotherapy between the two groups. Results： The incidence of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients was 70.0 ~ and 86.7 ~ respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the control group was higher than in the the observing group,The severity of nausea and vomiting occurred in the control group is significantly higher than the observing group （ P〈0. 001） ;The control rate was 81.7% and 48.3% respectively. The control of nausea and vomiting in observing group and the control was statistically significant（P 〈0. 001）, so the control of nausea and vomiting in the observing group is higher than the control group. The observing group in the control of nausea and vomiting is also obviously better than that of control group （P〈0. 001）. The differences of the improving situation of Nausea and vomiting indured by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion：The auricular acupressure as a therapy can effectively improve the nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery, and improve the quality of nursing care.
