摘　　要：介绍氯碱产业现状、存在问题,分析认为氯碱产业精细化已成为解决氯碱产业困境、实现持续发展的关键途径之一;指出精细化学品发展前景和氯碱产业发展精细化工的优势。重点介绍了氯碱下游的染料、农药、医药、橡胶助剂、塑料助剂、表面活性剂、防霉杀菌剂等精细化工产业链的构建。The present situation of chlor - alkali industry and existing problems are introduced and analyzed. It is regarded that the refinement of chlor - alkali industry has become one of the key ways to solve the difficult situation and to realize sustainable development of chlor - alkali industry. The development prospects of fine chemicals and the advantages of developing fine chemicals in chlor - alkali industry are pointed out. The constructions of fine chemical industry chain, such as dyestuff, pesticide, medicine, rubber additive, plastic assistant, surfactant, fungicide and bactericide, etc. , are emphatically introduced.
