摘  要:本文以乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为相容剂,对碳黑(CB)填充聚乙烯(PE)体系的相容性及流变性进行了研究,讨论了EVA、CB含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,EVA可增加PE/CB体系的相容性;使CB在PE中分散的更均匀,从而提高了体系的拉伸强度;而CB的存在,使得体系相比于PE/EVA体系的冲击性能也有较大的提高。通过改变EVA、CB的含量,可达到控制共混体系力学性能的目的。在流变性能方面,在PE体系中添加EVA、碳黑使体系的流变学行为发生了很大的变化,在低频区出现弹性模量"第二平台",其弹性模量、损耗模量和粘度有显著的提高,损耗因子减小。The compatibility and rheology properties of polyethylene(PE) filled with carbon black(CB) system using Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) as a compatibilizer are studied in this paper. The effects of the content of EVA and CB on the mechanical properties of composites are investigated. It is found that the compatibility of PE/CB could be increased by the EVA content,which makes CB more dispersed in PE, increasing the tensile strength of the system. While compared to the PE/EVA system, in the presence of CB, the impact properties of PE/CB/EVA system are highly improved. By changing the content of EVA and CB, the purpose of controlling the mechanical properties of the blends can be achieved. Furthermore, in the rheological properties,the rheological behavior has undergone great changes in the PE system blended with EVA and CB.The "second platform" of the elastic modulus appears in the low frequency region, in which its elastic modulus, loss modulus and viscosity are significantly improved and loss factor is found decreased.
