摘 要:基于Solid works和ANSYS workbench建立轻型货车驱动桥壳有限元模型,在最大垂向力工况下对桥壳进行受力分析和静力分析,求解出桥壳的应力和位移分布。对桥壳进行自由模态分析,求出桥壳前12阶固有频率和振型;在静态和模态分析基础上,对桥壳进行谐响应分析和疲劳寿命分析,得出桥壳的断裂隐患在桥壳中央区域,桥壳疲劳寿命约为232万次,安全系数为1.260,符合桥壳台架试验规定。研究表明:在保证桥壳强度和刚度的条件下可对其进行优化,减轻桥壳质量。A finite element model of the light truck drive axle housing is established by Solid works and ANSYS workbench. Under the maximum vertical force on drive axle housing, the force analysis and static analysis are carried out, the distribu- tions of stress and displacement of drive axle housing are solved; 1st to 12 th natural frequencies and modes are determined through free modal analysis;based on the static and modal analysis, the harmonic response analysis and the fatigue life of drive axle housing are carried out, and the fault hidden danger is obtained in the central area of drive axle housing, the fatigue life of drive axle housing is about 2,32 million times, the safety factor is 1.260, which accords with the requirements of drive axle housing bench test. It is deduced that under the condition of ensuring the strength and rigidity of drive axle housing, it can be optimized and the quality of drive axle housing can be reduced.
