摘  要:以电动汽车用永磁驱动电机为研究对象,研究了偏心引起的气隙磁感应强度畸变原理,探讨了采用磁感应传感器对转子偏心进行在线故障诊断的方法。研究表明:电动汽车用驱动电机转子偏心发生偏心故障会对电机气隙密度产生影响,在线检测自诊断技术能预测转子偏心故障,试验验证了该方法的可行性。With the permanent magnet drive motor of electric vehicle as the research object in this paper,the principle of eccentric air-induced magnetic flux density aberrations caused by eccentricity is studied. The method of on-line fault diagnosis of rotor eccentricity by magnetic induction sensor is also discussed. The results show that the eccentricity of the rotor of the electric motor will affect the air gap density. The on-line self-diagnosis technology can better predict the rotor eccentric fault. The feasibility of the method is verified by experiments.
