前列地尔注射液在老年急性肾损伤中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析前列地尔注射液在老年急性肾损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月在我院就诊的98例老年急性肾损伤患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各49例。对照组采用常规专科治疗方式,研究组在对照组的基础上采用前列地尔注射液。比较两组治疗前后的BUN、SCr、NAG、β2-MG水平以及治疗效果、少尿持续时长、SCr恢复时长。结果两组治疗前的BUN、SCr、NAG、β2-MG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的BUN、SCr、NAG、β2-MG水平低于治疗前,研究组治疗后的BUN、SCr、NAG、β2-MG水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为91.84%,显著高于对照组的75.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.780,P=0.029)。研究组的少尿持续时长、SCr恢复时长分别为(5.4±2.0)、(7.2±2.9)d,显著短于对照组的(6.9±2.4)、(9.5±4.0)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液在老年急性肾损伤中的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objectlve To analyze the application effect of Alprostadil Injection on acute renal injury in the elderly. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,98 patients with acute renal injury in our hospital were selected and ran- domly divided into the control group and the study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given conven- tional specialist treatment,the study group was treated with Alprostadil Injection on the basis of the control group.The levels of BUN,SCr,NAG,β2-MG before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect,oliguria duration,SCr recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of BUN,SCr, NAG and β2-MG between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The levels of BUN,SCr, NAG and β2-MG in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr, NAG and β2-MG in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.51%）,with significant difference （χ2=4.780,P= 0.029）.The oliguria duration,SCr recovery time in the study group was （5.4±2.0）,（7.2±2.9） days,respectively,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group [（6.9±2.0）,（9.5±4.0） days],with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of Alprostadil Injection in acute renal injury in elderly patients is remarkable,which is worthy of promotion and application.
