中医康复训练方法辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中医康复训练方法辅助治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法选取2015年3月~2016年8月在我院接受治疗的90例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采取单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中医康复训练方法治疗。治疗1个月后对疗效进行统计并比较,观察两组患者的疼痛状态和生活功能评分。结果观察组治疗1个月后的Cobb角平均值、患者疼痛状态平均得分、生活功能平均得分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医康复训练方法治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training in the ad- juvant treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture in elderly patients.Methods 90 patients with aged osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected as research objects.According to the method of random number table,those patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple western medicine,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training combine with west- ern medicine.After 1 months of treatment,the curative effect was compared and the pain status and life function score of the two groups were observed.Results The average angle of Cobb,the average score of pain status and the average score of life function of the observation group after 1 months treatment was significantly better than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 71.11% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation training is effective on patients with aged osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compres- sion fracture,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
