高效液相色谱法测定补肾益骨膏中对羟基苯乙醇-β-D葡萄糖苷含量

摘　　要：目的 :确定补肾益骨膏中对羟基苯乙醇 β D葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。 方法 :以HPLC法测定。色谱条件 :SpherisORB ODS2C18柱 (15cm′4 .6mm) ,甲醇 水 (12 :88)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 30nm。结果 :线性范围为 0 .0 4 5mg/ml- 0 .2 2 5mg/ml,平均回收率为 98.6 ,RSD为 1.13% (n =5 )结论 :本法简便 ,灵敏 ,重现性好 。OBJECTIVE:the HPLC method was established for the determination of p Hydroxyphenethyl β D Glucoside in the Bushen Yigu Gao. METHOD:The column is ODS C 18 (4.6mm×250mm,5um);The mobile phase consisted of methanol water(12:88).The detection wavelength was 230nm and flow rate was 1ml/min .RESULTS:The mean recovery was 98.5%,The assay linearity was determined over the range of 0.045mg/ml 0.225mg/ml.CONCLUSION:The method is simple and sensitive.It can be used as a method for quality control of the preparation.
