摘 要:悬臂式回转结构中,轴承承受载荷不对称,设计要求较高。结合工程设计实例,对悬臂式回转结构的轴承选择、安装方式和强度进行理论计算与仿真分析;利用L-P理论对影响轴承寿命的外部载荷、轴承跨距和悬臂长度进行了分析计算。结果表明:外部载荷线性变化且较小时,轴承应选取反向安装;外部载荷较大时,为提高轴承使用寿命应正向安装、并适当增加轴承跨距。Due to bearings load asymmetry, higher design requirements are provided in cantilever slewing structure. In a project example, the selection of bearings, installation modes and strength of cantilever slewing structure are theoretically calculated and analyzed. The external load, bearing span and cantilever length are analyzed and calculated by using the L-P theory. The research showed that the bearings shall be reversed installed when the external loaded linearly and small. In order to improving the bearing performance, it should be installed and increased the bearing span appropriately when the external load was large.
