摘　　要：换件修理费用巨大,在装备寿命周期内占有较大的比重;分析了换件修理发展现状和对装备维修保障带来的影响;指出在换件修理模式下须对装备的测试性、维修器材保障、维修人员技能要求和装备维修体制的变化等方面开展研究,且对设计生产部门提出换件修理的指导意见及装备换件修理的更换标准。The cost of part replacement repair is very large, and it occupies a large proportion within the equipment life cycle. The status and effects of part replacement repair on equipment maintenance and support are analyzed. In case of part replacement repair, it will be researched that the equipment test, maintenance equipment, maintenance personnel skills, equipment maintenance, the guidance and standard on the design production departments of Dart replacement repair of equipment.
