摘　　要：针对翟镇煤矿选煤厂原煤中煤泥含量偏高、粗煤泥系统分选精度低、粗精煤泥灰分偏高的问题,采用SX500溢流管可调式复合锥体水介质旋流器对粗煤泥系统进行了改造。介绍了SX500水介质旋流器的结构、工作原理、技术特点及其在选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺中的应用情况;生产实践表明,SX500水介质旋流器可有效回收煤泥水中的粗精煤泥,并且可将粗精煤泥产品的灰分控制在10%~11%,提高了选煤场的综合效益。In order to solve the problems caused by the excess coarse slime in the raw coal, preparation plant conducted the technology reformation on coarse slime system using the SXS00 hydrocyclone with adjustable overflow tube and composite cone structure. Introduced the structure, operating principle, technical characteristics and application of the SX500 hydrocyclone. The production practice showed that SX500 hydrocyclone could recover the qualified clean coal from the raw slime effectively,reduce the ash content of qualified Coarse coal slime to 10-11%,and bring comprehensive benefits for the coal preparation plant.
