摘 要:针对车铣复合IT100机床机构复杂、程序繁琐、刀轴运动灵活,在实际加工过程中很难人为判断程序的正确性以及刀轴是否会与零件、工作台、夹具等发生碰撞、干涉等问题。提出首先在UG软件中根据机床各部件的实测尺寸进行建模,然后将其建好模型导入VERICUT软件中,并根据各部件的相对运动关系组建虚拟的仿真机床。在此虚拟的仿真机床上对诱导轮进行模拟仿真加工,最后通过在车铣复合IT100上对诱导轮的实际加工验证了其模拟仿真的正确性和实用性,同时也为其他多轴联动数控机床的数控仿真提供了一定的经验。Aimed at the complex of the turning and milling compound IT100 machine tool, the procedure is tedious, the knife shaft movement is flexible. In the actual machining process difficult to procedures to determine the correctness, and if the cutter shaft is collision and interference problems with parts, a workbench, and a clamp. Firstly, according to the measured dimensions of each com- ponent of the machine tool in the UG software, the model was introduced into the VERICUT software, and the virtual simulation ma- chine tool is built according to the relative motion relationship of each component. In this virtual machine simulation of inducer for ma- chining simulation, finally, the in turning and milling compound IT100 inducer of the actual processing, the correctness and practica- bility of the simulation were verified. And some experience for other multi-axis linkage computer numbercial control ( CNC ) machine tool of CNC simulation is provided.
