摘 要:以高压铆塞作为研究对象,使用Pro/E软件对铆塞塞杆和塞体等结构进行参数化三维建模,然后导入到DEFORM-2D中进行塑性变形相关的有限元分析。从静密封原理的角度提出采用边线压力累加法和面积比较法判定铆塞的密封性能,通过比较2种方法的优劣,确定采用面积比较法判断铆塞的密封性能。在不同尺寸下,采用控制变量法逐一对目标变量进行优化,用格点消去法优化每一个目标变量的尺寸,最后得到各目标的优化尺寸,使铆塞的密封性能相对最优。通过对优化前后的仿真结果进行比较,发现优化后铆塞的密封性能相比初始的铆塞提高了20.25%。Taking the high pressure riveting plug as the research object, the parametric 3D model of the riveting plug and the plug body was built by using Pro/E.The finite element analysis related to the plastic deformation was carried out by importing the parametric 3D model into the DEFORM-2D.Aecording to the principle of static sealing,the line pressure accumulating method and area comparison method were proposed to judge the sealing performance of riveting plug.And by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, the area comparison method was adopted as the judgment standard of the riveting plug sealing performance.With different sizes of the high pressure riveting plug, the target variable was optimized by using the variable control method, and the lattice elimination method was used to optimize the size of each target variable.The optimal size of each target was obtained so that the sealing performance of the riveting plug is relatively optimal.By comparing the simulation results before and after optimization, it is found that the sealing performance of the optimized riveting plug is improved by 20.25% compared to the initial riveting plug.
