摘  要:挥发性有机物(VOCs)是在常温下以蒸气形式存在于空气中的一类有机物,对环境影响极大。对橡胶材料所产生的VOCs进行吸收降解是污染防治的关键。以紫外光净化技术和光催化氧化为基本作用原理,以硅藻土、甘油、高锰酸钾、艾拉(5-ALA,5氨基酮戊酸)和氯铂酸为原料制备得到新型VOCs降解剂ES2。该降解剂与其吸收的紫外光可以破坏化合物的化学键,并将其氧化为二氧化碳和水,从而达到降解VOCs、消除异臭味的目的。应用试验表明,ES2吸收降解橡胶制品的VOCs和异臭味的性能卓越。Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are kinds of organic matters that exist in the air at the room temperature and they are in the form of steam. These kinds of compounds have great impacts on the environment.Therefore, the absorption and degradation of VOCs, which are produced by the rubber material, is the key to pollution prevention and control. A new rubber VOCs degradation agent ES2 is prepared with diatomite, glycerol, potassium permanganate, Ala(5-ALA, 5-aminolevulinic acid),chloroplatinic acid, which is functional based on UV light purification technology and photocatalytic oxidation principle. This agent along with the ultraviolet light it absorbs can break the bonds of the compounds and oxidize them into carbon dioxide and water. Thereby, the VOCs are degraded and odor is eliminated. Application test shows that this agent can effectively absorb the VOCs and odor of rubber products.
