摘 要:针对传统消防设施巡检过程中巡检信息交互滞后、信息收集管理落后等问题,提出室内外一体化的消防设施巡检系统。该系统基于i Beacon的室内定位技术和北斗的室外定位技术,以Web GIS为基础,以数据为驱动,实现多平台的数据交互。系统由移动巡检、消防设施信息管理、消防设施巡检人员管理三个子系统构成。系统能够提升消防设施巡检的效率,及时收集消防设施问题,并能根据巡检数据进行相应的巡检分析,实现消防设施智能化、自动化巡检,提升社区和园区的消防安全。Against the problems of traditional fire facilities on-site inspection, such as information interaction lagging and information collection management backwardness, an integrated inspection system of indoor and outdoor fire facilities was put forward. The system used iBeacon indoor positioning technology and Beidou outdoor positioning technology, was based on WebGIS, and was data driven, to implement the data interaction on multiple platforms. The system was consisted of 3 subsystems, including mobile inspection, fire facility information management, and fire facility inspection personnel management. The system can improve the effi cieney of fire control facilities inspection, collect problems of fire control facilities, and can make corresponding review according to inspection data analysis, to realize automated inspection to improve the safety of fire safety.
