摘  要:剖析《建筑通风和排烟系统用防火阀门》中关于环境温度下的漏风量和耐火性能的试验设备和试验步骤的规定,总结防火阀门漏风量测量试验过程中的问题,包括漏风量试验安装繁琐;标准孔板流量计选用具有局限性;系统漏风量小于25 m3/h难于实现;引风机选型复杂和漏风量计算过程中温度压力修正模糊等。建议标准修订时,可采用转接头进行防火阀门安装试验;增加标准孔板流量计关键参数和适用范围的描述;重新定义系统漏风量,保证可操作性;具体规定引风机的风量;增加漏风量测量过程中气体介质冷却装置等。The requirements in "Fire dampers for building venting and smoke-venting system" about the test equipment and steps of air leakage and fire resistance under environment temperature were analyzed. Problems during the air leakage test were summarized, including the tedious installation in the air leakage test, limited se- lection of standard orifice flowmeter, difficult achievement of the- system air leakage no bigger than 25 m~/h, complicated fan selec- tion, and the temperature and pressure correction during the air leakage calculation being blur, etc. Make suggestions for the revi- sion of standard, which are using adapter during the installation of- fire dampers, clear describing the key parameters and application- range of the standard orifice flow meter,rede fining the system airleakage to guarantee the operability, specifying the air volume flowrequirement of the induced draft fan, adding the gas medium cooling equipment in the test of air leakage, etc.
