摘 要:舰船消防安全依赖于消防设计水平的提高和新技术的应用。从提高舰船消防能力的要求出发,借鉴建筑防火性能化设计思想和方法,围绕舰船构成特点和消防设计过程,提出舰船消防设计性能化评估的目标和基本方法,得到舰船消防安全目标和指标要求。结合某舰船火灾FDS模拟分析,证明提出的评估目标是可行的,能够为提高舰船消防设计水平提供一种新的手段。Fire safety of warship depends on the improvement of fire protection design level and the application of new technology.From the point of improving the fire protection capacity, using tile idea and method of building performance-based fire design for reference, focusing on the structure characteristics and fire safety design process of warship, the target and basic research methods were put for ward on performance-based fire design of warship, and the require ments of warship fire safety and performance requirements. FdS simulation was made on a warship, the results showed that the proposed assessment requirements were feasible and could gave a new method for improving level of fire safety design of warship.
