摘 要:为了研究非离子表面活性剂OP10对镁合金表面钒酸盐转化膜形成过程中气泡黏附的影响,通过接触角测量仪、扫描电镜及能谱仪、电化学测试和中性盐雾试验等对镁合金转化试样表面的接触角、元素组成及耐蚀性进行了测试分析。结果表明:与未加OP10转化液处理的镁合金样品相比,加入OP10处理过的试样固液接触角从43.48°减小到5.66°,O、S元素含量增加,腐蚀电位正移了280 m V,腐蚀电流密度降低了98%,中性耐盐雾时间从72h增加到140 h,镁合金的耐蚀性能显著提高。By contact angle meter, scanning electron microscope, energy disperse spectroscopy, electrochemical test and neutral salt spray test, the contact angle, element composition and corrosion resistance of Mg alloy specimens treated by conversion solution were tested and studied. Results showed that compared with the Mg alloy specimens treated by solution without OP10, the solid-liquid contact angle of speci- mens treated by solution with OP10 decreased from 43.48° to 5.66°, and the contents of O and S elements increased. Furthermore, the corro- sion potential increased by 280 mV, and the corrosion current density was reduced by 98% as well as the neutral salt test time increased from 72 h to 140 h. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy was obviously improved.
