摘 要:在涂料中添加微纳米粒子可改善其性能,目前有关微米粒子对涂料防污、防腐蚀性能影响的报道较少。用自制的硅丙树脂作为基料,通过添加微米SiO_2粒子制得了防污涂料。利用静态接触角、硬度、黏附力和电化学阻抗测试探究了微米SiO_2粒子对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:微米SiO_2可稳定硅丙树脂涂层的静态海水接触角和力学性能,并提高涂层的耐海水腐蚀性能,且当微米SiO_2粒子含量为16.7%(质量分数)时,涂层的静态海水接触角和耐蚀性能最好。The antifouling coatings with different concentrations of micron-sized SiO2 particles were prepared with the self-made silicone modi- fied acrylic resin as the base stock, and the effects of micron- sized SiO2 particles on the performance of the coatings were investigated by con- tact angle (CA), pencil hardness, adhesive force test, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), respectively. Results showed that the addition of the appropriate amount of micron- sized SiO2 particles into the silicon acrylic resin coatings not only stabilized the contact angle and mechanical properties, but also improved its anticorrosion ability. When the concentration of micron-sized SiO2 particles was 16.7%( mass fraction), the static contact angle and corrosion resistance of the coating were the best.
