摘　　要：目的 研究中医护理技术在自体动静脉内瘘保护性护理中的应用效果.方法 于2014年1月—2016年12月,选择上海中医药大学附属曙光医院肾病科232例自体动静脉内瘘维持性血液透析患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组116例.对照组采用常规护理组,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用中医护理技术对动静脉内瘘进行保护性护理,比较两组患者动静脉内瘘不良事件发生率和满意度.结果 观察组患者发生血管炎5.2%,血栓、狭窄、堵塞10.3%,不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2值分别为5.02、8.56;P〈0.05）.观察组满意度97.4%,对照组78.4%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.27,P〈0.05）.结论 中医护理技术在自体动静脉内瘘保护性护理中的效果满意,其＆quot;简、便、廉、验＆quot;的总体特色,满足患者需求.Objective To study the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing technology on protective nursing of autogenous arteriovenous fistula.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, a total of 232 maintenance hemodialysis patients from Nephrology Deparment of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） were selected as the research object. Two hundred and thirty-two cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method with 116 cases in each group. Patients of control group received routine nursing and the patients of observation group received protective nursing of TCM for arteriovenous fistula on the basis of routine nursing. We compared the incidence of adverse events and satisfaction between the two groups.Results In the observation group, the incidence of vasculitis was 5.2% and the incidence of thrombus, stenosis, and obstruction was 10.3%. The incidence of adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （χ2=5.02, 8.56;P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.4%, and the satisfaction rate of control group was 78.4% （χ2=11.27,P〈0.05）.Conclusions The effect of TCM nursing technique in the protective nursing of autologous arteriovenous fistula is satisfactory, and the general features of ＆quot;simple, convenient, inexpensive and test＆quot; meet the needs of patients
