前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月—2017年3月赣州市人民医院收治的糖尿病足患者86例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。在常规对症治疗基础上,对照组患者给予甲钴胺;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用前列地尔。对比观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后运动、感觉神经传导速度。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.67%(42/43),明显高于对照组的83.72%(36/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者运动、感觉神经传导速度均明显大于治疗前,且观察组患者明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病足的疗效显著,可改善患者肢体血液供应情况,提高生活质量。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with mecobalamine in treatment of diabetic foot. METHODS： 86 patients with diabetes foot admitted into Ganzhou People ＇s Hospital from Mar. 2015 to Mar. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional targeted therapy. On the basis of that,the control group was treated with mecobalamine,while the observation group was given mecobalamine combined with alprostadil. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. The differences of motor nerve conduction velocity（ MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（ SNCV） between two groups were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was（ 97. 67%,42/43）,significantly higher than that of the control group（ 83. 72%,36/43）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significance in differences of incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment, the MNCV and SNCV of both groups were significantly higher than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of alprostadil combined with mecobalamine in treatment of diabetic foot is remarkable, which can significantly improve physical blood supply and quality of life.
