丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛疗效及不良反应。方法:计算机检索万方数据库、中国知网、维普全文期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库等,查找国内外使用丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床随机对照试验,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对纳入文献进行荟萃(Meta)分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献、666例患者,Meta分析结果显示,丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液观察组患者的临床总体有效率(RR=0.2,95%CI=0.13~0.26)、心电图改善率(RR=1.97,95%CI=1.20~3.23)明显优于使用常规治疗的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且其不良反应轻微。结论:丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液可显著改善老年不稳定型心绞痛患者症状,疗效显著,安全性高。OBJECTIVE： To systematically review the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injections in treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris. METHODS： Controlled clinical trials（ RCT） of sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injections in treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris were randomly retrieved from Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP and CBMdisc from home and abroad. Meta-analysis was conducted by using Rev Man 5. 3 software.RESULTS： Totally 8 literatures were involved,including 666 patients. Acording to Meta-analysis,the clinical total effective rate of patients in treatment group with sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate injections（ RR = 0. 2,95% CI = 0. 13-0. 26）,and the electrocardiogram improvement（ RR = 1. 97,95% CI = 1. 20-3. 23） were significantly higher than those of control group with conventional treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 01）,and the the adverse reactions were mild.CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate injections in treatment of elderly unstable angina pectoris is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms of patients with high safety.
