摘 要:分析了在煤矿瓦斯治理过程中,随着瓦斯抽采孔深度的增加,矿用水力作业机滚筒储管量随之增加,若挠性管不能在滚筒上多层有序的排列,则影响绕管长度及挠性管的使用寿命并给挠性管的注入作业造成困难,针对此问题提出并设计了矿用水力作业机排管装置。优选了排管装置方案,介绍了排管装置工作原理并设计排管装置机械机构。经生产实践证明矿用水力作业机排管装置使挠性管在滚筒上多层有序排列,有效提高了挠性管的使用寿命。In coal mine gas control practice, with the deepening of gas drainage hole, the cylinder storage capacity of mine coiled tubing equipment increases. If the flexible pipe is not multilayer orderly arranged, the length and service life of the flexible pipe will be influenced, which brings problems for the injection operation of the flexible pipe. Aiming at the above problem, a pipe arrangement device of mine coiled tubing equipment was proposed and designed. The working process of pipe arrangement device was introduced, and the mechanical combined structure was designed. Application result showed that, the flexible pipe can be multilayer orderly arranged and the service life of flexible pipe was effectively improved.
