国内外野外地质工作后勤保障比较研究

摘　　要：从厘清野外地质工作后勤保障概念入手,在系统梳理我国野外地质工作后勤保障历史沿革的基础上,系统总结了国外野外地质工作后勤保障现状,并讨论了国外野外地质工作后勤保障所具有的多层面的科学技术研究、完善的责任体系、常态化的宣传教育、多类型的个体防护用品规程标准、严格的食品安全标准及舒适的生活居住区域等5个层面的特点。上述分析对于我国野外地质工作后勤保障建设有拓宽建设思路、加强相关研究、完善责任体制及健全规程标准等方面的启示。The concept of the logistical support of field geological work and historical evolution of the logistical support of field geological work in our country are discussed in detail, based on the analysis results, the development status of the field geological work in abroad is summarized systematically, besides that, the characteristics of the logistical support of field geological work in abroad are analyzed from the five aspects of multifaceted study of science and technology, perfect responsibility system, regular publicity education, muhitype standard and procedures of personal protective equipment, strict food safety standards and comfortable living areas. The above discussion results in this paper can provide some reference for the development of the logistical support of the field geological work in our country form the aspects of broade- ning the development thinking, strengthening some relative studies, perfecting accountability system and perfecting standards system.
