摘 要:凹山采场南帮-90 m以下赋存品位较高、可选性较好的残存磁铁矿资源,同时此区域边坡在开采末期不间断出现开裂失稳的复杂地质现象。为安全高效回收南帮残矿,在继续沿用露天开采工艺前提下,通过分层条带采剥法逐层扩帮靠界、局部失稳边坡加固、爆破作业参数优化以及边坡雷达瞬时监测等多种技术手段集成运用,实现了不良地质条件下露天边坡残矿的安全高效回收,增加可利用矿石资源500万t以上,并扩大了后续凹山采坑容纳尾矿的空间,经济效益和社会效益显著。The residual magnetite resources with the characteristics of high grade and better select- able distributed below -90m in the south side of Washan stope, and complex geological instabilities are occurred frequently of the slope in the mining area. In order to mining the residual ores of the south side safety and efficiently, based on continuing adopting the open pit mining technique, the layered stripping mining method, slope local instability reinforcement, optimization of blasting parameters and instantane- ous monitoring method by using slope radar are integrated application. The practice results show that the residual ores of open pit slope are mined safety and efficiently under the adverse geological conditions, more than 500 million t available minerals resources is increased, besides that, the tailings accommodate space of Washan mining pit is also enlarged, the social and economical benefits are significant
