摘 要:目的分析砂仁叶油的化学成分,并考察其对家兔皮肤创面愈合过程的影响。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取砂仁叶油并用气质联用法分析挥发油的组分,应用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对质量分数。建立家兔皮肤缺损创伤模型,分别在术后第3、7、13天测量并计算家兔创面愈合率,伤口愈合后再切取创面组织进行HE染色观察。结果从砂仁叶油中测出45种组分,检定出43种化合物。砂仁叶油能显著缩短家兔创面愈合时间,促进创面愈合,其效果与呋喃西林相当。创面愈合后组织切片HE染色观察显示,砂仁叶油促进创伤愈合后,新生表皮完好,炎性细胞少,组织病变少。结论砂仁叶油的主要成分为伪柠檬烯(质量分数41.12%)、3-蒈烯(24.17%)、d-柠檬烯(3.25%)和桃金娘烯醇(3.18%),具有促进家兔皮肤创面愈合作用。Objective To analyze the chemical constituents from Amomum villosum leaf oil and investigate its effect on rabbit skin wound healing. Methods The Amomum villosum leaf oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The relative percentages were calculated with peak area normalization method. The wounds on the back skin of rabbits were prepared, and the wound healing rate was measured and calculated on the 3rd day, the 7th day and the 13th day after operation. After wound healing the wound specimens were collected for HE staining. Results 45 compounds were isolated and 43 compounds were identified. Amomum villosum leaf oil could significantly shorten the rabbit wound healing time and promoted wound healing with equivalent effect with nitrofurazone. Tissue section HE dyeing observation showed that Amomum villosum leaf oil could promote wound healing, and the newborn skin was in good condition with less inflammatory cells and tissue lesions. Conclusion The main components of Amomum villosum leaf oil consisted of pseudo limonene ( 41.12%) , 3-carene ( 24.17%) , d-limonene ( 3.25%) and myrtenol ( 3.18%) . Amomum villosum leaf oil could promote skin wound healing.
