摘 要:中国由计划经济向市场经济转型过程中,劳动关系也面临着由个别劳动关系向集体劳动关系转型。在这两个转型的大背景下,劳动者的收入分配差距日益扩大,就业矛盾突出。为了解决上述问题,中国政府较以往相比,更加重视工会的建设。所以,中国工会对工资的影响成为劳动经济学和劳动关系学界关注的焦点。另外,虽然国外对于工会与工资关系研究相对比较成熟,但对于中国而言,这些研究还不多见,所以,本研究就此问题进行探讨,并以工会对工资不平等影响为研究核心。本文采用2008年中国社会综合调查数据,运用RIF-OLS估计方法,研究了中国工会对工资收入不平等影响的问题。研究结果表明,工会降低了工会会员的工资不平等,且工会会员和非工会会员之间的工资差距主要是由于资源禀赋的差异引起的。In the process of China's transition from planned economy to market economy, labor relations is faced with transformation by the individual to the collective labor relations. In the context of the two transformations, with the income gap widening, the contradiction of employment is more increasing. In order to solve the above problems, the Chinese governments pay more attention to the construction of the union more than ever. So the Chi-nese trade unions impact on wages has become the focus of academic circles. In addition, although foreign study on the relationship between the union and wage is relatively mature, but these studies are rare for China, so the study on the issue of wage inequality was dis-cussed as the research core. The paper attempts to analyze trade unions' effect on wage income distribution inequality by adopting RIF-OLS, based on China social comprehensive survey data in 2008. The results show that trade unions reduce the wage inequality; the gap of gini coefficient between union members and non-union members is mainly caused by re-sources endowment difference.
