摘 要:配电网规模的增大以及分布式能源的并网给配电网的运行工况带来了巨大的挑战,面向配网的相量测量技术逐渐成为研究热点。针对输电网中各种相量测量算法在精度、响应时间以及实时性上不能有效兼顾的问题,提出一种适用于配电网的相量测量算法。在定间隔高频采样条件下,该算法运用动态校正因子的思想对传统DFT算法进行校正,解决了传统算法在电力系统发生频偏或动态条件下测量精度骤降的缺点,保证算法在精度、响应时间以及实时性上同时满足配电网的量测要求。最后,基于该算法原理在Matlab/Simulink上搭建相量测量软件仿真平台,确保研究人员可以在仿真环境中就能验证配电网的相量测量算法甚至研究故障定位和状态估计等高级应用。With the increasing scale of distribution network and the interconnection of distributed energy has brought a great challenge to the operation condition of distribution network, the phasor measurement technology has gradually become a research focus. In view of the problem that the algorithm can't effectively balance the accuracy, response time and real-time performance in the transmission network, this paper proposes a phasor measurement algorithm which is suitable for distribution network. Under the condition of fixed interval and high frequency sampling, the algorithm uses dynamic calibration factor to correct the traditional DFT algorithm, which solves the shortcomings of the rapid decline in traditional algorithm measurement accuracy under the condition of power system frequency deviation or dynamic measurement. Finally, the phasor measurement software simulation platform is built in Matlab/Simulink based on the principle of the algorithm, providing a simulation environment for researchers to verify the phasor measurement algorithm of distribution network and the fault location, state estimation or other advanced application.
