摘　　要：目的:探讨PICCO监测技术在重症休克患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年2月~2017年2月重症休克患者64例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预方法,观察组给予PICCO监测技术和护理。比较两组患者ICU住院时间、导管留置时间、家属护理满意度和重症休克预后情况、并发症发生情况及护理前后的生活质量。结果:观察组患者重症休克预后情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),ICU住院时间、导管留置时间短于对照组(P<0.05),家属护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PICCO监测技术在重症休克患者中的应用及护理效果确切,可有效改善患者预后,减少多脏器功能衰竭等并发症发生率,缩短导管留置时间和住院时间,提升患者家属对护理服务的满意度,对患者治疗后生活质量的提高有促进作用,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To explore the effetct of PICCO monitoring technique in patients with severe shock. Methods： A total of 64 patients with severe shock from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given PICCO monitoring technique and nursing. The ICU hospital stay,catheter retention time,family care satisfaction and severe shock prognosis,the occurrence of complications as well as quality of life before and after the nursing in the two groups were compared. Results： The prognosis of patients with severe shock in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. ICU hospital stay and catheter retention time were shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of the family nursing was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application and nursing effect of PICCO monitoring technique in patients with severe shock are remarkable. It can improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the complication rate,catheter retention time and hospitalization time. Besides,it can improve the satisfaction of the patients＇ family members and promote the quality of life of the patients after the treatment. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
